I have two of the fire engine projects done, one out of alder and walnut, the other out of ash and walnut. The plans are well done, and I'm very happy with the results. I did come up with a template to help place and glue the fenders. Otherwise, pretty straight forward, with just enough challenge. I am in the middle of my first school bus. I really like the top opening, so my grandkids can place their own human and animal figures in the seats, as desired. Both are fun projects that continue to teach me more about wood working techniques
Plans simple and easy to understand. Had a great time making these for my grand kids.
Good, easy to follow plans! perhaps a bit involved for my purposes (craft shows) but workable. May be able to simplify, reduce # of parts, etc.
A very good set that made tinkering a lot of fun.
great fun for the grand kids
